Responsibilities
- Ensure stable, reliable, and highly available operations of a global IVR system spanning AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Assist with deploying production systems, configuring environments, and managing release processes
- Handle daily operations for high-availability IVR and voice communication platforms
- Track system performance, health, and uptime through log and metric analysis
- Engage in diagnosing and resolving production incidents as part of incident response
- Diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, applications, voice services, SIP protocols, and call routing logic
- Work with engineering, architecture, quality assurance, and data teams during system incidents and deployment cycles
- Participate in on-call schedules and provide after-hours support when necessary
- Embed security-by-design principles into CI/CD pipelines, including role-based access and automated vulnerability detection
