Responsibilities
- Design and manage CI/CD workflows, including Hardware-in-the-Loop testing for embedded platforms
- Create and sustain automation tools and scripts using Python, Groovy, and Bash
- Refine and standardize embedded development tooling with Git, Docker, and Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Build and support container-based development environments for consistency and speed
- Act as technical liaison for development and test teams on CI/CD, automation, and tooling matters
- Optimize build and validation pipelines using CMake, Ninja, Clang-Tidy, and Gcovr
- Enhance software quality by gathering, organizing, and displaying key metrics and KPIs
- Increase accessibility and utility of engineering data throughout software development lifecycle
- Work with Product Owners, Software Architects, and Quality Managers on release and development planning
- Lead technical initiatives, spot improvement opportunities, and implement proactive changes

- Design, implement, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for embedded systems
- Develop and maintain automation solutions and scripts using Python, Groovy and Bash
- Enhance and standardize the embedded development toolchain based on Git, Docker, Jenkins / GitHub Actions
- Provide and maintain containerized development environments to ensure reproducibility and efficiency
- Support developers and testers as a technical point of contact for CI/CD, automation and tooling topics
- Continuously improve build and validation processes using tools such as CMake, Ninja, Clang-Tidy and Gcovr
- Contribute to software quality and observability by collecting, structuring and visualizing relevant data and KPIs
- Improve the availability and usability of engineering data across the software lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Architects and Quality Managers on development and release strategies
- Take ownership of topics, identify optimization potential and proactively drive improvements
