About the Role
The specialist will join a DevOps Services team supporting software engineering teams and infrastructure across the organization. The role focuses on keeping services healthy, automated, and scalable while helping bridge the gap between development and operations.
Responsibilities
- Help design and implement automated systems and network solutions for production environments
- Work closely with development teams to address operational challenges and offer technical direction
- Create custom monitoring tools for infrastructure and application performance tracking
- Diagnose and fix issues spanning the entire technology stack
- Maintain documentation for system architectures and operational procedures
- Construct, oversee, and enhance production systems for reliability and efficiency
