Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the internal developer platform with an emphasis on system reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency
- Develop self-service tools and frameworks, including Infrastructure-as-Code templates, GitOps processes, standardized development paths, and onboarding resources
- Enhance the developer experience by streamlining local setup, CI/CD workflows, deployment procedures, and debugging processes
- Design and maintain code-defined pipeline systems to boost build speed, stability, and developer feedback loops
- Promote organization-wide adoption of GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code standards and practices
- Champion operational excellence through improvements in system reliability, fault tolerance, and incident management protocols
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure platform features support business objectives
- Own and execute cross-functional platform projects that define how engineering teams develop and manage software
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to maintain and support critical platform infrastructure
