We are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to work for the tech team of a leading retailer. The DevOps Engineer will be involved in overseeing and advising on DevOps principles and best practices in addition to working as part of the team to build pipelines in an AWS environment.
The retailer is building a creative and innovative new website from scratch in AWS and require a DevOps engineer with experience building in AWS and experience of CI/CD pipeline engineering (Jenkins or TeamCity) and configuration management (Ansible or Terraform).
They have a relaxed and sociable working culture, incredible offices and a real dedication to fully adopting DevOps best practices.
The role is based in their newly refurbished London IT hub in Central London, where their main DevOps team is also based.
Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of AWS
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline engineering (Jenkins or TeamCity)
- Ansible or Terraform experience
- Good communication skills
- A good team player who values collaboration
The position will pay between £500-£600 per day depending on experience and is for an initial 6 month contract withe likelihood of extending. Interviews will take place ASAP.
