Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations Engineers to build, manage, and optimize scalable services on Azure Kubernetes Service and self-hosted Kubernetes clusters on dedicated hardware.
- Ensure high availability, responsiveness, and monitoring capabilities for cloud-native and on-premises container platforms.
- Develop and sustain infrastructure provisioning systems using Bicep, ARM templates, and Terraform.
- Enhance and support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines within Azure DevOps, including pipelines, boards, and Git repositories.
- Partner with diverse technical teams to drive automation initiatives and update legacy operational workflows.
- Serve as a technical expert for global Operations Support teams during incident resolution and system troubleshooting.
- Drive operational improvements in deployment, infrastructure management, and monitoring with automation as the primary approach.
- Create and maintain precise documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge base entries.
- Manage and support PostgreSQL databases deployed in cloud and containerized environments.
