Sutherland Global Services is hiring a Devops/Appops Engineer

The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance to the NICE Cloud Networking Team, coordinating and participating in the design, deployment, operation and maintenance of NICE’s customer cloud hosted network and security infrastructure, while also resolving customer issues that require direct access to the network and security infrastructure, and acting in an appropriate professional working style The Specialist Cloud Network Engineer has the following duties: 1. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within a global, diverse, multicultural environment. 2. Ability to work with data center or On premise environment, standing for extended periods of time while performing maintenance duties. 3. Position may be required to work at a computer terminal and desk for long periods of time on projects. 4. Network and security administration tasks using industry-standard network equipment and software. 5. Experience operating and maintaining network devices and security products like Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, and other industry-leading network hardware and software. 6. Experience deploying and supporting IP networks and associated network technologies. 7. Establishing, configuring & troubleshooting VPN tunnel related works. 8. Deep understanding on IPSEC protocol, the TCP/IP stack, how a layer 7 FW processes packets. SSL protocol 9. Ability to write Terraform scripts and good knowledge in GIT is a plus. 10. Design and testing of network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, WAN and other support systems. 11. Familiarity with Internet and WAN communications technologies, protocols, and best practices. 12. Minimum 3 Year of Experience with AWS Cloud & managing AWS network stacks is a mandatory. 13. Minimum 3 Year of Experience with Palo Alto is mandatory. 14. AWS and Palo Alto Certification is mandatory. 15. Configuring & troubleshooting URL related works.
