- Serve as the primary local point of contact for senior leaders, delivering regular office updates.

- Lead onboarding and integration for new hires in Malaga, partnering with HR to boost engagement and retention.
- Support the strategic growth of the Malaga office by identifying development opportunities and strategic alignment.
- Monitor and report on performance indicators, staffing needs, and future resource planning.
- Build relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners to strengthen the hub's organizational impact.
- Provide local oversight for key company initiatives, ensuring contributions support broader business goals.
