Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software through direct development work and meticulous attention to detail

- Participate in architectural discussions around data, services, APIs, web, and mobile design, offering proactive solutions
- Engage actively in software feature design under guidance from senior and principal developers
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical environments
- Confirm project scope, timelines, and deliverables for assigned initiatives
- Update CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps on deployment and post-deployment validation and support
- Lead end-to-end development of technology solutions across multiple platforms and specializations
- Investigate, evaluate, suggest, and integrate emerging technologies, standards, tools, and methodologies
- Work with product management to align with product vision and advance business outcomes
- Support Site Reliability Engineering practices by meeting service-level objectives and production support commitments
- Guide junior developers and team members to strengthen technical understanding for project success
- Offer advanced technical mentorship and guidance in specialized domains
- Stay available to address unplanned production outages or incidents
