Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to developers, teams, and organizations using the platform for commercial and community projects
- Identify, document, and resolve software defects, respond to support requests, develop example and production-ready code, and improve technical documentation to assist users
- Engage with and assist the developer community, particularly in addressing and resolving technical challenges
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor progress and support ongoing success with the platform
- Work closely with sales, business development, and partnerships teams to inform strategy and provide technical insight during customer discussions
