Maintain and optimize existing integration solutions (WrikeXPI) and automation workflows to ensure high system availability and performance.
Develop new integration solutions between Wrike and external systems based on designs reviewed with the Integration Lead.
Build and manage automated data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or equivalent tools to streamline data movement and transformation from Wrike to reporting environments.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives) to ensure transparent progress and timely delivery.
Adhere to the full Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring that all code is properly versioned, tested, and documented before deployment.
Build prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new integration capabilities and provide technical feedback on feasibility.
Participate in internal technical sessions to clarify requirements gathered by the Integration Lead and Implementation Leads, ensuring technical constraints are identified early.
Work closely with other developers to conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and ensure consistency across the integration stack.
Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and data pipelines to facilitate team-wide understanding and support.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Mid-to-Senior level experience in Full Stack development.
Must be well-versed in either the LAMP stack or Azure/Microsoft stack.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working within Agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Practical or good knowledge of Azure Data Factory (preferred) or an equivalent ETL/orchestration platform (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, or Talend).
Exceptional problem-solving skills; ability to deconstruct complex logic and find efficient technical solutions.
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a 'lead-developer' structure where internal communication and technical review are central to the workflow.

Hands-on experience or the confidence to quickly master NodeJS, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Kibana, and OpenAPI.
Experience working within a software house or consulting environment is highly preferred, demonstrating an ability to adapt to different technical challenges and client needs.
