Responsibilities
- Deliver independent, on-site Tier II technical support to end users across regional offices, schools, agencies, and law enforcement locations.
- Set up, configure, and resolve issues with computing devices including desktops, laptops, mobile units, printers, and connected peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Install and configure operating systems, productivity suites, email platforms, and specialized software such as GIS and computer-aided design tools.
- Support printing infrastructure through setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Maintain network connections and manage VoIP telephony systems.
- Image and deploy new or reimaged devices efficiently and securely.
- Offer basic instruction and support to end users to improve technology adoption and problem resolution.
- Log all service tickets, actions taken, and solutions applied in the designated tracking system.
- Collaborate with field support leads and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
- Adhere to organizational security policies and procedures across all technical operations.
- Travel as needed to client locations beyond the primary worksite, including urban centers and remote rural or tribal communities.

- Must achieve and retain a favorable NACI background investigation result.
- Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- May be subject to additional background screenings based on project or client requirements during employment.
- Required to travel to client sites outside the primary duty location to ensure uninterrupted service delivery in both urban and remote areas.
- May be required to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
- May be called upon to travel for business-related or training purposes.
- May need to work outside standard business hours as operational needs arise.
- Must be physically and mentally capable of performing job duties for extended durations.
- Must possess sufficient computer proficiency to operate office tools at the required pace.
- Must be able to create and maintain an effective, professional work environment.
- Must be able to remain seated for prolonged periods while using a computer.
