Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for phone and email support requests.
- Deliver on-site and remote technical assistance to end users.
- Assist users with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and later, Microsoft Office, and Office 365 applications.
- Conduct imaging, re-imaging, and deployment of desktop and laptop systems.
- Manage and update records for IT assets, including software licenses and hardware inventory.
- Support research, documentation, planning, deployment, and continued maintenance of IT systems.
- Perform fundamental troubleshooting for wired and wireless network connections.
- Create and update standard operating procedures and recommend improvements to team workflows.
- Track and follow through on support tickets escalated to other teams or departments.
- Safeguard sensitive information and comply with HIPAA, client, and organizational confidentiality requirements.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management.

Compensation
Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
