Product Designer Position Description: You will design key features for ShareGate Migrate, autonomously managing medium-complexity projects and collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineers. You'll explore ambitious ideas, simplify complex journeys, and deliver experiences addressing genuine challenges for Microsoft 365 administrators and IT teams. Responsibilities: - Design features aligned with team objectives and user needs - Facilitate ideation phases through rapid prototyping and user testing - Apply design frameworks to identify root causes and map comprehensive user journeys - Experiment rapidly and iterate based on customer feedback - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify scope - Contribute to product strategy with bold concepts - Utilize data, research, and UX metrics to inform decisions - Produce detailed specifications and support quality assurance - Continuously improve team collaboration processes Typical Week: User interviews, concept exploration, prototyping, asynchronous reviews, design critiques, engineering and product management collaboration, QA support, Jira board management, and continuous iterations.
