Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and refine game systems, mechanics, levels, story elements, or challenges based on individual expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, art, and production to ensure cohesive implementation of gameplay features
- Produce and update design documentation, prototypes, and revised iterations using test results and user input
- Tune and adjust gameplay elements to deliver compelling and satisfying player interactions
- Use player data, responses, and behavioral insights to guide design choices and increase user engagement
- Engage in design evaluations, providing and incorporating feedback to improve final outputs
- Maintain alignment with the project's artistic direction and strategic goals
