Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reusable design system elements including components, patterns, templates, and documentation to ensure consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.
- Help advance the design system by integrating artificial intelligence capabilities into its infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify reusable design solutions and adapt the system to meet evolving product requirements.
- Evaluate and provide guidance on design system contributions from product designers to uphold quality standards.
- Promote the design system through education, team enablement, adoption support, feedback collection, and iterative improvements.
