Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution is mandatory.
- At least three years of experience in product development or design engineering.
- Must demonstrate creativity combined with practical execution skills.
- Proficiency with Solidworks or comparable 3D design software is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical device development and familiarity with FDA submission processes is advantageous.
- Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with injection molding techniques is beneficial.

- Able to perform calculations involving percentages, ratios, areas, volumes, and geometric measurements; comfortable applying algebra, geometry, probability, and statistical reasoning to real-world scenarios.
- Skilled in resolving non-routine problems with limited standardization; can follow instructions in written, verbal, or visual formats; proficient in identifying issues, gathering data, and forming logical conclusions from technical sources in mathematical or diagrammatic form.
- Mentally capable of complex numerical analysis, reading comprehension, clear communication, adhering to company policies, responding to feedback, maintaining teamwork, and solving technical challenges effectively.
- Physically able to communicate verbally for extended periods, operate computers and hand tools, and work in a moderate noise environment with minimal physical risk.
- Familiar with modern office practices and business communication; competent in using personal computers and software including Microsoft Office; able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and support team collaboration.
