Responsibilities
- Innovate by contributing to next-generation commercial vehicle steering systems for electrified and highly automated driving within an interdisciplinary team.
- Develop new products and lead mechanical releases following the BOSCH AS product development process, including investigation, analysis, calculation, BOM management, 3D models, 2D drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Manage product data changes in the PDM system.
- Create, maintain, and release DFMEA documentation.
- Support product validation activities (DVP&R) and customer project acquisition.
- Independently pursue technological breakthroughs, guiding suppliers and internal departments to optimize products.
- Participate in global platform product development, sharing technical information and support with the global team.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts (RPP).
- Comply with IATF 16949/VDA and other BOSCH and industry policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
