Responsibilities
- Lead feature design from initial problem definition through to fully polished, production-ready user interfaces.
- Simplify complex workflows involving large datasets into intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Develop and maintain a scalable Figma design system, including components, variants, design tokens, and reusable patterns.
- Thoroughly document design decisions, including interface states, edge cases, and interactive behaviors for seamless development.
- Create functional prototypes to validate interaction design and motion before engineering implementation.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and contribute to the growth and direction of the design practice.
