Responsibilities
- Create and execute high-quality designs for platform products, spanning initial concept through final delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering and customer-facing teams to uncover and resolve user, product, and business challenges
- Contribute to strategic planning by clarifying product objectives, key performance indicators, development roadmap, and team commitments
- Rapidly develop design concepts and prototypes, and maintain regular customer feedback loops to guide product evolution
- Enhance the internal design system and advocate for elevated design standards across the entire product experience
