About the Role
The role is responsible for defining and evolving the brand’s visual language, leading creative initiatives, and aligning design with company messaging and product vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity system
- Set strategic direction for brand expression across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Mentor and grow a team of designers focused on brand execution
- Oversee creation of visual assets for marketing, product, and events
- Establish brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments
- Translate company messaging into compelling visual narratives
- Guide creative direction for campaigns and launch initiatives
- Work closely with product design to align brand and user experience
- Represent brand design in executive-level discussions
- Evaluate design systems for scalability and brand alignment
- Drive innovation in visual storytelling methods
- Manage external creative partners and agencies
- Ensure brand tone remains consistent across global markets
- Lead design reviews and critique sessions
- Integrate feedback from stakeholders into brand refinements
- Monitor industry trends to inform brand evolution
- Balance creative vision with business objectives
- Maintain a user-centered approach in brand development
- Support employer branding and internal communications
