Attentive is seeking a Deputy Manager to join as a Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance secure, scalable, and high‑performing applications, using Angular on the front end and .NET Core on the backend. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver high‑impact digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications using Angular, .NET Core, and C#
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and distributed systems
- Develop secure, high‑performance, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning across the stack
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, reviews, and adherence to coding standards
- Support deployment activities and participate in CI/CD processes
- Work collaboratively in Agile teams to deliver incremental value
- Identify risks early and proactively propose improvements or optimizations
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of strong hands‑on software development experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions preferred)
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core / .NET Core
- Strong expertise in C#
- Experience with RESTful API development and backend services
- Experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL)
- Solid understanding of MVC / layered architecture
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices
- Solid understanding of performance optimization principles
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with Microservices architectures
- Experience with CQRS patterns (working knowledge preferred)
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Exposure to Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Working knowledge of Node.js
- Awareness of cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection standards
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus
