Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution and deployment of Nuclear Safety Management System programs and governance activities.
- Orchestrate the creation of policies, processes, procedures, and governance documentation across various business areas.
- Foster collaboration across departments to integrate Nuclear Safety Management System requirements effectively.
- Design and implement assurance strategies, audit structures, compliance instruments, and performance tracking systems.
- Oversee program timelines, risk registers, issue logs, and reporting to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist in regulatory interactions, prepare for audits, and respond to compliance and assurance demands.
- Lead project teams with strategic direction while reinforcing a robust nuclear safety culture and governance standards.
