Responsibilities
- Assess client objectives to develop customized implementation approaches
- Transform complex, high-pressure challenges into structured, actionable steps
- Apply data-driven analysis to deliver solutions aligned with mission goals
- Create operational workflows, define data structures, configure system integrations, and recommend tools that support client missions
- Provide hands-on training, adapt solutions in real time, and ensure systems are embedded into daily use
- Convert operational insights into clear product improvement input for engineering teams
- Explain technical features to clients using straightforward, mission-oriented language
- Quickly build, test, and refine workflows to meet evolving operational demands
- Collaborate with leadership and frontline analysts to shape strategic direction and troubleshoot process inefficiencies
- Partner closely with client teams to understand their processes, challenges, and mission-critical priorities
