Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites and engage with analysts to identify their most critical questions and key pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets by deeply engaging with customer problems and workflows, then collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable and extensible pipelines.
- Collaborate with customers to create customized workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is adopted widely enough to have a tangible impact on partner operations.
- Present work results and future proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Work with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-company product offerings.
- Build and deliver demonstrations for both new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and increasingly expanding locations worldwide.
