Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their existing infrastructure, Kubernetes setup, networking, and security configurations
- Lead technical discussions to evaluate deployment readiness and gather system requirements
- Implement and resolve issues in various environments including AWS EKS, Azure AKS, on-prem Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, and standard Kubernetes distributions
- Utilize Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes operators for platform installation and configuration
- Diagnose and resolve common issues such as pods stuck in Pending or CrashLoopBackOff states, networking and firewall misconfigurations, failed container image pulls, resource constraints, and cluster setup errors
- Support deployment activities in isolated or air-gapped environments with limited connectivity
- Coordinate with product and platform engineering teams to report bugs, develop workarounds, and contribute to product improvements
- Provide post-deployment support and assist in resolving persistent infrastructure challenges
- Contribute to enhancing deployment documentation, onboarding processes, and recommended practices
- Travel to client locations when necessary to support implementation efforts
