Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery across the customer journey, from initial setup to full activation, ensuring effective use of the platform
- Collaborate directly with clients to assess technical pain points and determine high-impact applications for the product
- Develop strong partnerships with client engineering teams to support seamless integration, onboarding key users and increasing platform engagement
- Prioritize hands-on implementation, frequently incorporating customer input by building features and representing user needs internally
- Serve as the primary voice of the customer, using product insight to influence strategic development and future enhancements
