About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead the creation and optimization of demand generation programs, leveraging digital channels, analytics, and marketing automation to generate high-quality leads and support revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, and content syndication
- Collaborate with content and digital teams to align assets with buyer journey stages
- Use marketing automation platforms to execute and track campaign performance
- Analyze conversion metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and channel efficiency
- Support lead nurturing workflows with segmented audience strategies
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead handoff processes are effective
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Optimize landing pages and forms for conversion rate improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per lead and marketing qualified lead volume
- Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain alignment with regional marketing objectives across global markets
- Generate regular performance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging demand generation tactics
- Work closely with product marketing to highlight key offerings
Nice to Have
