Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels using Marketo, Salesforce, and artificial intelligence tools, covering email messaging, lead nurturing sequences, landing pages, and automated workflows.
- Oversee segmentation of target audiences, manage data imports, and maintain database integrity to support accurate targeting and campaign performance.
- Assist in promoting and executing both virtual and physical events through synchronized multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Organize and schedule events hosted by the company as well as third-party events attended by sales teams throughout the EMEA region.
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and events, delivering actionable insights to enhance return on investment and contribution to sales pipelines.
- Resolve technical issues related to campaign setups, automation workflows, and data management to ensure reliable operations and reporting accuracy.
- Advance expertise in marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, to drive innovation and efficiency in demand generation efforts.
- Partner with global marketing teams, sales leaders, and outside vendors to align messaging and ensure successful campaign rollouts.

- This role is available on a fixed-term basis until December 31, 2026.
- The position allows flexibility in weekly working days, accommodating either full-time or part-time schedules.
- Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this role.
