Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, driving complex initiatives from initiation through value realization with integrated plans covering scope, dependencies, milestones, risks, and value assumptions.
- Convert product and business objectives into precise execution plans with quantifiable results.
- Define outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses upfront in collaboration with Product and Business stakeholders, focusing on business value realization.
- Monitor adoption, impact, and realized value after release, identifying gaps and initiating corrective actions.
- Coordinate across Product and Engineering teams, manage dependencies and critical paths, and facilitate program-level planning and retrospectives.
- Create clarity in ambiguous situations and generate momentum where friction exists.
- Establish effective governance and reporting, identifying and escalating risks early with clear options.
- Deliver concise, outcome-focused updates to senior stakeholders.
- Identify systemic delivery and value-realization gaps, contribute to APMO standards and playbooks, and integrate AI into daily coordination and reporting.
