Requirements
- Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader,
- Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management,
- Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team,
- Experience in the professional services industry,
- Full professional proficiency in English and Polish,
- Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),
- Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial industry,
- Experience in blockchain projects,
- Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).
