About the Role
The company's AI solution assists healthcare professionals by automatically creating clinical documentation, certificates, and referrals from consultation transcripts, while also recommending appropriate medical codes. As new features like clinical decision support and pre-charting tools are developed, the team seeks a Delivery Management Associate in Sweden to lead implementation projects. The ideal candidate has experience in structured project environments or management consulting, excels at stakeholder coordination, and is focused on delivering clear, measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Carry out customer onboarding projects according to a defined delivery timeline, ensuring adherence to scope, deadlines, and quality benchmarks in collaboration with the Project Delivery Manager.
- Liaise between internal departments such as Engineering and Medical Operations and external customer representatives to guarantee timely completion of project milestones.
- Assist with technical setup tasks, including managing integrations with electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
- Collaborate with clients and Medical Operations to customize documentation formats and clinical workflows to fit specific healthcare environments.
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions for users, ensuring readiness and confidence prior to system launch.
- Guide client teams during implementation by supporting workflow adoption and increasing comfort with the platform.
- Serve as the primary daily contact for customers during onboarding, ensuring consistent communication and organized follow-up procedures.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project timelines.
- Help refine internal delivery frameworks and operational guides as the organization expands across Swedish municipalities.
