Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and onboarding initiatives for municipal social services clients to ensure seamless deployment.
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers, supporting teams in adapting to new processes and achieving early benefits.
- Customize product configurations, workflows, and templates to meet the specific needs of various social services units and municipalities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert client feedback into actionable product enhancements and features.
- Contribute to refining market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the social services sector.
- Assist Sales in high-stakes customer discussions, demonstrations, and negotiations by providing subject-matter expertise.
- Conduct training sessions and provide continuous support to promote user engagement and confidence.
