Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off automotive parts while following assigned routes and time schedules.
- Ensure orders are correctly fulfilled, with a focus on customer satisfaction and work safety.
- Be polite, prompt, and collaborative as part of the delivery team to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to confirm completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow dispatcher directions, adhere to routes and schedules, use navigation apps and alternative routes as needed, and leverage local knowledge for on-time delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without disrupting customer operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and professionally handling complaints and concerns.
- Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Accept payments and prepare reports including invoices, return forms, and reconcile debts, credits, and all collected moneys related to deliveries.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on the company delivery vehicle when applicable and report any issues to the manager.
- Assist with other store or warehouse duties such as stocking and parts pulling as assigned.
- Promote and maintain workplace safety.
- Secure and transfer cash or other assets.

- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
