Wing Assistant is looking for a Delegation Coach to guide clients in mastering workflow efficiency and leveraging our virtual assistant services. You'll be the expert who empowers clients to delegate effectively and gain back valuable time.
What You'll Do
- Train new and existing clients on the principles and best practices of effective delegation
- Assess client workflows to identify key tasks suitable for delegation to a virtual assistant
- Design and implement personalized delegation strategies and action plans for each client
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing coaching to ensure successful adoption and results
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in coaching, training, or consultancy with a focus on productivity, operations, or executive support
- Deep understanding of business workflows and process optimization across various functions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Strong analytical mindset to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and prescribe clear solutions
