Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Deal Desk lifecycle for North America, ensuring every deal is commercially sound, pinpoint accurate, and fully compliant with Docebo’s high standards.
- Review complex deal structures and pricing proposals with a keen eye, flagging risks and navigating non-standard terms to protect the business while enabling growth.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for our Sales and Account Management teams, providing expert guidance on pricing mechanics and strategic deal structuring.
- Act as the central hub between Legal, Finance, and Operations to swiftly resolve custom requests and navigate the approval pathways for high-impact exceptions.
- Apply and refine Docebo’s pricing models across diverse scenarios, ensuring consistency while maintaining the agility needed to win in the market.
- Maintain and evolve the playbooks and templates that allow our commercial engine to scale effectively and stay organized.
- Lead the charge on process improvement initiatives, turning deal retrospectives into actionable strategies that reduce friction and accelerate our sales velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Legal Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience within the SaaS ecosystem, specifically within pricing, finance, operations, or legal support environments
- Highly proficient in Salesforce
- Wizard with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Top-tier written and verbal communication skills
