Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales, finance, and leadership teams in shaping deal strategies and structures.
- Evaluate and authorize high-value deals independently, supporting revenue growth while adhering to company policies.
- Refine pricing models, discount frameworks, and contract terms to support corporate goals.
- Detect inefficiencies in deal approval workflows and implement targeted improvements for faster, more accurate processing.
- Lead automation efforts to simplify approval procedures, reducing delays and manual intervention.
- Collaborate strategically with sales, legal, finance, customer success, and technology teams to align deal execution practices.
- Deliver training and guidance to sales teams on effective quoting, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
- Manage special initiatives focused on improving pricing strategies and operational processes.
