What You’ll Do: Discover anomalies in application usage and access patterns using log (web/app) and financial data; Create prototypes and implement production pipelines (batch & streaming); Proactively research malicious activity cases to improve detection capabilities; Analyze and provide data needed for security incident investigations; Build actionable dashboards and reports to monitor security threats. Candidate We’re Looking For: Is able to deliver projects from conception to production and create monitoring solutions; Is deeply curious, analytical and wanting to understand how things work; Puts effort into understanding the problem before generating solutions; Able to use AI assistance intelligently to increase productivity and quality; At least 3+ years of experience in data engineering/data science (for senior role at least 5+ years). Technical Skills: Strong Python (including PySpark) Advanced SQL Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Spark) Familiarity with AWS (S3, EMR, Athena, Lambda) Experience with Kafka is a plus Comfortable with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Nice-to-Haves: Previous work with anomaly detection and clustering in a big data environment; Ability to explain statistical concepts in simple words to stakeholders; Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related fields Experience with Tableau or other BI tools. Job Description: * First/Second line IT support for company internal users and contractors.
* Installing, configuring and troubleshooting user laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices and other office IT equipment
* Configuring, administering and updating Windows, MAC, Linux operating systems on user devices.
* Managing user device environment using user device management tools.
* Creating and managing user accounts in Okta, AD, Azure AD, o365 and other systems.
* Physical network related tasks (patching, device installation, ports assignment, cabling).
* Server and network equipment installation and maintenance, cable patching in data centers and server rooms.
* Keeping inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, performing decommissioning.
* Working closely with the facility and security teams to resolve security issues.
* Constant development and improvements of local IT infrastructure.
* Providing IT assets management according to internal procedures;
* Providing service/system operations and regular/ad-hoc maintenance to ensure fulfilment of service availability and security requirements;
* Timely incident resolution, escalation to third party suppliers and problem analysis and resolution;
* Provisioning system updates and deployments according to respective internal procedures;
* User request fulfilment according to established SLAs.
* Performing other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position or IT infrastructure.
* Logistics, manage inventory and equipment between locations.
Qualifications: * Secondary (higher, special etc.) education.
* Excellent fluent written and spoken Armenian and English.
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to create structured documentation
* Teamwork skills, ability to take decisions, solve problems independently and in the team and work under high pressure working conditions
* Fundamental IT skills – hardware, OS, applications, networking, security.
* Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux operating systems, and business software.
* At least 2 year experience in supporting user IT devices hardware and software.
* Experience using and managing workstations in heterogeneous environment, remote management services, filesharing, collaboration, e-mail and directory services.
* Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles.
* Certifications on IT systems administration/support preferred.
* Enterprise employment experience preferred.
