Agiloft is looking for a Database Performance Software Engineer to join our team. You will be a key contributor focused on optimizing database performance and reliability for our cloud-based platform, ensuring our core systems meet demanding standards for speed and uptime.

What You'll Do

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex database performance bottlenecks.
Design and implement optimizations to improve query efficiency and system reliability.
Build monitoring, tooling, and automation for proactive database health management.
Collaborate with engineering teams to advise on database design and query patterns.
Contribute to the architecture and scaling strategy of our cloud-based data platform.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience optimizing and tuning relational databases in a cloud environment.
Deep understanding of SQL, query execution plans, and indexing strategies.
Ability to design and implement performance monitoring and diagnostic tooling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
