Job Description: Position: Database Administration Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 6+ months Client: Direct Client Roles and Responsibilities · Troubleshoot and support initial upgrade pass and any subsequent move to production (MTP) phases of the SWIFT 9.2 upgrade project; · Direct and guide database administration decisions as they related to the client’s processes and procedures; · Act as a liaison between the various client technical staff; · Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team as needed; · Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, and decisions; · Work with software vendor to submit defects and issues; · Provide other project related experience as necessary; · Perform database analysis to help resolve issues and document accordingly; · Create, document and track issues and resolution; · Provide input and analysis to existing database partitions; · Provide input to database performance tuning as required; · Provide input and review of complex database modifications or setup; · Complete technical specification documentation per standards;
