Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues during initial upgrade testing and all later production transition stages for the SWIFT 9.2 system update
- Lead and influence database management choices in alignment with organizational workflows and protocols
- Serve as a communication bridge between different technical teams within the client organization
- Deliver progress updates to the Project Management Office when required
- Monitor, raise, and record project-related risks, problems, and key decisions
- Coordinate with software providers to report bugs and technical difficulties
- Contribute additional project support as needed
- Conduct database evaluations to assist in problem resolution and maintain accurate records
- Log, manage, and follow up on identified issues and their solutions
- Assess current database partition strategies and offer recommendations
- Support performance optimization efforts for database systems as necessary
- Evaluate and provide feedback on intricate database changes or configurations
- Produce technical documentation in compliance with established guidelines

- Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team as needed
- Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, and decisions
- Work with software vendor to submit defects and issues
