Responsibilities
- Validate healthcare professional (HCP) credentials and identity at the point of registration across EU, UK, and US panels, applying region-specific requirements and red-flag criteria.
- Build and use AI-powered verification tools, including Research Defender and similar fraud-detection and identity-verification platforms, as a core part of the daily validation workflow.
- Maintain and continuously improve panel data quality, identifying inconsistencies, duplicate records, and data integrity issues before they affect downstream research.
- Investigate flagged member details — cross-referencing professional registries, licensing bodies, and other verification sources to confirm legitimacy.
- Document investigation findings clearly and consistently, maintaining an auditable trail for compliance and quality reporting.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior team members with well-organized supporting evidence.
- Spot patterns in fraudulent or low-quality registrations and feed insights back to the team to improve detection rules and processes over time.
- Stay current on data privacy and compliance considerations relevant to handling HCP data across EU (GDPR), UK, and US jurisdictions.
Requirements

- Familiarity with (or willingness to quickly learn) tools such as Research Defender or comparable identity/fraud verification platforms.
- Understanding of, or strong interest in learning, healthcare professional categories and credentialing conventions across EU, UK, and US markets.
