Yopeso Romania SRL is looking for a Data Scientist to drive product innovation for the Games vertical at Netflix. You will shape the member experience through robust measurement strategies and analytics, partnering with stakeholders to realize our vision for Games. This role involves developing frameworks to increase investment velocity and aid complex decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Drive product innovation focused on our Games vertical and help shape the member experience through robust measurement strategies covering experimentation, modeling, and analytics.
- Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to realize our vision for Games.
- Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making.
- Facilitate ownership and accountability by ensuring the team produces trustworthy, high-quality outputs that inform decisions and shape the direction of member experience.
- Be flexible to changing circumstances as Netflix Games evolves rapidly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with supporting experimentation at scale and observational causal inference to drive product development.
- Strong statistical intuition and applied experience solving problems in consumer-facing products.
- Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python and/or R).
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive with minimal oversight and process.
- A passion for product development and design.

- Experience analyzing recommender systems.
