Analyze and optimize core and support processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
Collect, clean, and prepare event log data from various source systems to maintain high data quality
Create compelling data visualizations and meaningful dashboards with Celonis, Process Intelligence, and similar analytics tools
Work closely with clients to design, implement, and deploy process improvements in areas such as supply chain, logistics, and finance
Lead workshops and training sessions to convey insights and share best practices
Gain exposure across multiple industries, including manufacturing, technology, retail, and others

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving complex problems
Practical experience with Python and SQL
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value
Fluent in German and English at C1 level
Entrepreneurial, curious, and agile mindset

Ideally initial experience with process consulting or process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath
