Responsibilities
- Assist a member-led consortium in securely sharing, analyzing, and acting on complex data through a cloud-based platform.
- Collaborate with an agile team using SAFe/Scrum methodology, engaging in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Examine large-scale structured and unstructured data to detect trends, patterns, and outliers that inform member decisions.
- Create and manage automated systems for collecting and ingesting data using AWS GovCloud infrastructure.
- Design and improve predictive models and machine learning techniques, including ensemble methods, to answer key intelligence questions from consortium members.
- Develop clear data visualizations to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain the member directory and data governance framework, ensuring data access aligns with member consent and permissions.
- Work with engineering and vendor management teams to process member data samples and align them with customer needs.
- Suggest analytical strategies and data-driven solutions in response to changing member demands.
- Help establish and document processes for data suitability, track analytic requirements, and coordinate follow-ups with customers and vendors on data access and quality issues.
Compensation
Final pay varies by individual and depends on experience, education, location, and contractual factors.
