Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to identify strategies that increase customer usage and interaction with business offerings.
- Define core performance indicators, design experiments, and conduct analysis to measure the true impact of engagement initiatives.
- Identify and communicate actionable insights that support growth and deeper customer involvement.
- Develop internal tools and systems that allow non-technical teams to independently access recurring data and reports, enabling focus on higher-value analysis.
- Gain deep expertise in internal data infrastructure and collaborate with Data Engineering, Finance, and business units to independently extract and interpret business data.
- Work alongside data science peers across departments to exchange knowledge and integrate cross-functional insights.

- Employees are expected to work on-site three days per week under a hybrid schedule.
