Responsibilities
- Develop and manage scalable data workflows and transformation processes using modern platforms such as Airflow and dbt.
- Partner with data engineers and data scientists to process, integrate, and validate large-scale datasets while maintaining high data quality.
- Perform comprehensive exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends within complex datasets.
- Create clear and interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Apache Superset or equivalent BI systems.
- Extract meaningful insights related to population health and medical trends from diverse data sources.
- Communicate analytical findings in simple, impactful terms to business teams and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate across departments to identify data needs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Produce clean, documented, and reproducible code suitable for both experimental and production environments.

Must be available to work daily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Bangkok time to ensure real-time coordination with the Australian operations team.
