Responsibilities
- Collaborate at the nexus of business strategy, data, and technology to enable organizational transformation through data-informed decisions
- Play a central role in executing high-value analytics, data modernization, and AI-driven programs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders
- Establish and deploy data governance structures encompassing ownership, policies, controls, and defined roles for key data assets
- Assist in meeting regulatory standards, particularly BCBS 239, with emphasis on risk data consolidation and regulatory reporting
- Develop and implement data lineage systems to ensure full traceability from source to consumption
- Create data quality frameworks including rules, monitoring, controls, remediation processes, and KPIs for risk and regulatory data
- Enhance regulatory reporting through improved data management, governance, and control mechanisms
- Support deployment of modern data platforms such as Power BI and data governance technologies
- Translate regulatory and risk mandates into practical data initiatives in collaboration with business and IT teams
- Engage with senior leaders across Risk, Finance, Data, and IT to align objectives and advance transformation efforts
- Support firm growth and data governance expertise by contributing to client proposals, thought leadership, internal networks, market entry strategies, and the creation of reusable tools, methodologies, and assets
