Responsibilities
- Collaborate across borders with internal teams and external data suppliers to manage global data flows in various formats, including API-based and batch transfers.
- Create, update, and manage comprehensive data mappings from third-party sources worldwide, ensuring seamless integration into internal platforms.
- Engage in user acceptance testing to verify the accuracy and reliability of data integration workflows.
- Support efforts to standardize incoming data across organizational systems for consistency and usability.
- Work closely with technical units such as business analysts and IT departments, as well as business units, to align data integration with operational needs and understanding.
- Interact directly with data vendors to confirm data content is fully understood, clearly defined, and correctly implemented.
- Ensure all communications with internal and external parties are technically precise and consistently documented.
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose data ingestion issues and escalate recurring problems with complete supporting documentation.
- Track and assess the performance of data ingestion pipelines to maintain system efficiency.
- Maintain thorough records of mapping logic, testing outcomes, and support initiatives to enhance integration processes over time.
