Nationale‑Nederlanden is looking for a Data Governance Officer to support Group Finance & Risk in its journey to become a data-driven organization. You will focus on increasing Data Governance maturity, enabling data owners and stewards, and delivering key milestones like the Data Marketplace to facilitate data self-service and assurance.
What You'll Do
- Promote a data-driven culture and data product mindset within Group Finance & Risk
- Translate domain-specific requirements into actionable data solutions
- Define data governance roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures
- Assist in collaborating with cross-functional domains to establish Data Governance best practices
- Support Finance & Risk Data Stewards in keeping their metadata up-to-date
- Maintain the operating model of our Collibra metadata platform
- Design and implement new features in Collibra, including developing workflows
What We're Looking For
- A higher education degree, preferably in Finance, (Business) Information Management, or a field related to Data & AI
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data and process management, with exposure to data governance, data architecture, data product management, or similar roles
- A growth mindset, embracing change and continuously looking for optimization and improvements
- Analytical thinking skills, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with the DMBOK data management framework
- Strong Collibra knowledge, proven by relevant certifications like Solution Architect or Ranger
