Responsibilities
- Lead interactive technical instruction and provide mentorship in data engineering, including Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and contemporary data system design.
- Assist learners in developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable ETL and ELT pipelines using AWS and Microsoft Fabric platforms.
- Support trainees in mastering data visualization and business intelligence tools through Power BI, covering DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and data modeling.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on trainee projects, technical assignments, and assessments to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Coach participants in data governance principles, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Delta Lake, and lakehouse architecture best practices.
- Work with technical teams to refine curriculum materials, enhance training methods, and improve overall learning outcomes.
- Promote a practical, project-driven learning atmosphere that fosters innovation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
